The 400 × 400 mm envelope is the first hard decision

A 400 × 400 mm work area is useful for moderate signs, plaques, craft parts, fixtures and many desktop projects, but it is still a hard one-setup limit. The machine dimensions are about 660 × 666 mm before you account for stock access, dust collection, controller/computer space and operator clearance.
